Who are we?

iTechnology Repairs are a mobile phone, tablet and Apple Watch repair service based in Stoney Stanton, a few miles North East of Hinckley and Burbage in the heart of Leicestershire. We oﬀer a fast and aﬀordable repair service using only the highest quality parts, and genuine manufactured parts where available. We are so conﬁdent of the quality of our work such that we oﬀer a lifetime warranty on all part replacements excluding our micro soldering repair service, battery replacements, and Android display replacements which are all supplied with a 12 month guarantee as standard.

Where we are?

We are conveniently located in the popular village of Stoney Stanton. Our out of town location gives ease of access to all clients meaning that you won’t have the hassle of paying for parking or bustling through busy rush hour traﬃc to get here. We also oﬀer a mail-in service for our corporate and non-corporate clients that are a little further aﬁeld.

Our Methods?

Walk In Service

For our local clients, we oﬀer a walk-in service usually enabling a same day repair service. Simply head to the repair section of our website, select your device and book your repair. Once booked, get in touch with our technicians with the details in the email sent to you. Please be aware, this email may appear in your spam. Then, simply turn up at the arranged time and we’ll have your device back up and running in no time!

Mail In Service

Looking to have your device repaired but you’re a little further aﬁeld? We oﬀer a Mail In service with the option to have the device collected and returned to your address by our one of our partnered couriers. Providing the repair is booked before 7pm, the device will be collected from your address the following day and you’ll usually receive a 1 hour time window from our courier before 11am on the morning of collection. Once you have selected the repair that you require, you will see a timeframe that we estimate it’ll take to complete the repair for you. Should there be any delays with your repair, we’ll be sure to get in touch. Once the repair is complete, we’ll notify you and arrange a date that’s best for you for return delivery!

Frequently Asked Questions

Where possible, we oﬀer a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects with the parts that we ﬁt. On some repairs, we oﬀer a 12 month warranty including our micro soldering repair service, battery replacements and genuine Android display replacements. All warranty lengths are given in the repair details of each repair. Please see our Terms and Conditions for more information on our warranty.

Except from diagnostic repairs, we operate on a no ﬁx no fee basis for all of our repair services. If we cannot ﬁx your device, you won’t have to pay a thing!

Whilst data loss isn’t experienced with any of our repair services, we always advise that where possible, your data is backed up to iCloud, or another cloud based service before your repair. Please see our Terms and Conditions for more information.

Once you have selected the repair that you require, you will see a timeframe that we estimate it’ll take to complete the repair for you. If there is going to be a delay, our technicians will let you know.
