We are a company that specializes in buying faulty and working Apple devices. If you have an old iPhone, iPad, iWatch or Mac that you no longer need or use, we will happily purchase it from you.

To sell your device to us, simply fill out our online form with some basic information about the device, and we will provide you with a quote. If you accept the quote, we will send you a prepaid shipping label so you can easily send the device to us or if you’re local, feel free to drop it in! Once your device arrives, we will then inspect the device and issue payment via PayPal, Cash or Bank Transfer.

Where possible, we offer a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects with the parts that we fit. On some repairs, we offer a 12 month warranty including our micro soldering repair service, battery replacements and genuine Android display replacements. All warranty lengths are given in the repair details of each repair.  Please see our Terms and Conditions for more information on our warranty.

Except from diagnostic repairs, we operate on a no fix no fee basis for all of our repair services. If we cannot fix your device, you won’t have to pay a thing!

Whilst data loss isn’t experienced with any of our repair services, we always advise that where possible, your data is backed up to iCloud, or another cloud based service before your repair.  Please see our Terms and Conditions for more information.

Once you have selected the repair that you require, you will see a timeframe that we estimate it’ll take to complete the repair for you. If there is going to be a delay, our technicians will let you know.
